FAQ's

Modular construction is often regarded as far superior to costly and time consuming on-site construction.

Our homes are built inside, in a climate controlled environment, which means the building materials that will make up your new home are never exposed to harsh weather that could cause mold, warping or other structural damage once construction begins.

Avoid Weather Problems

How often do you see a home under construction suffering through rain storms before the roof is on? Or a home that must go through a winter before siding is installed? Exposure to the types of conditions facing on-site construction could cause long term mold or structural problems that can turn your dream home into a nightmare.

All Modular Construction Homes meet or exceed the most demanding engineering and design standards for residential and commercial construction. From the stress of heavy snow loads to hurricane force winds, Modular Construction Homes are designed to keep your family as safe and comfortable as possible even in the most challenging of conditions.

Beauty in the Details

The architectural beauty of a Modular Construction Home is apparent on first glance. However it’s the details you don’t see that make our homes superior.
