Great job! We were amazed at how fast it all went together. Once we ordered the house, it was delivered in six weeks and "set" the next day. From that point, we were actually moved in, in three weeks! Richard, of Modular Construction Corp. was very easy to work with. He saw to it that everything was just right. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Modular Construction Corp. to anyone wanting to build a modular home. I'm very satisfied!

What a great house! It's a beautiful design. We picked it out of a design book and showed it to Richard of Modular Construction Corp. He said no problem, we can build it. This was a dream home. We loved it from the first minute we saw it. We get people commenting on it's style all of the time. I can't get over how warm it is in the Winter. The house is very tight and comfortable. I would recommend Modular Construction Corp. to everyone!

We were so delighted to find a "Custom" Modular builder. We called all around and thought we wouldn't fine a builder that would take our design and build it. Modular Construction Corp. stands out above and beyond all other builders. Richard was easy to work with, he made the process easy. We were out of town clients and we needed someone that would take the time and watch over the process and keep the ball moving. Every time we came to see the progress, we were very happy. It all came together very quickly. Our design was very special. We took a Cape Cod style home and added an Octagon Nook to the kitchen that stood out from the house. The Nook has it's own roof, that blends into the house roof. We were from Massachusetts and the Octagon Nook actually looks like a light house from the outside. Modular Construction Corp. added to the bottom of the Octagon a one foot pressure treated planter that runs from the front porch around the bottom of the Nook. This gives the Nook the look of a light house. We felt right at home when we drove into the driveway. I would recommend Modular Construction Corp. to anyone, they're the best!
